Where are you shipping to?

Almost anywhere within the Eurozone! The countries I’m shipping to are:

Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia & Spain.

What are the shipping costs & delivery times?

Every order will be dispatched the next working day. Shipping time however, will vary based on your location. Free shipping to the Netherlands is available for orders from €35 and above. Free shipping to other locations will be available for orders from €45 and above. All orders will be shipped with track and trace.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately in most cases, the shipping address can not be changed after the order has been placed. However, in some cases this is still possible. Please get in touch as soon as possible and I will see what I can do.

Yes! I offer track & trace on every shipment. Did you not receive a track & trace link? Please check your spam mailbox. Still nothing? Feel free to shoot me a message!

What is your return policy?

You have a legal right to cancel your contract as you wish. For this, you should send a message to hello@gentlemansion.com within 14 days stating clearly that you wish to cancel your contract and that you would like to exercise your right of cancellation. You may also use this form to do. After this statement, you should return the items within 14 days.

Please note that if you have handled the products in a greater extent than as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, you will be liable for the diminished value of the returned products. Also note that returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and products have not been damaged or altered. For hygienic reasons, tried on socks can not be returned.

When product inspection has passed, I will refund your funds within 7 working days, including shipping costs from your initial order. Please note that shipping costs, handling fees of taxes regarding the return shipment will come at your own expense. I am hoping for your understanding.

What is your exchange policy?

The easiest way to handle a smooth exchange is by returning the item (through the way mentioned above) and then order a new item.

I've returned my order to the Gentlemansion. What happens next?

Please allow the shipment to reach us. When the product(s) pass inspection, you will receive a refund of your original order within 7 working days.
