Can you tell me about you?

Sure! Simply put, the Gentlemansion offers timeless (gentle)men’s accessories with a unique twist, designed in the Netherlands. By doing so, the goal is to help make men stand out. If you want to know more, you are kindly invited to check out my story!

Did my order go through successfully?

Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the details. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you are unsure about whether your order has been successfully placed, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I've changed my mind. It is possible to cancel my order?

When an order is completed, the handling process starts immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to assist you. Please note that cancellations are only possible for a very limited time after an order has been placed, so I cannot guarantee that it can be done in all cases.

The product(s) I ordered came with a fault. What can I do?

I’m sorry to hear that your order didn’t meet your expectations. Before shipping, all products are carefully inspected. However, in rare cases the products may arrive with a fault. If this has happened to you, please send a photo of the damaged product(s) to along with your order number. I will then issue you a return label to use when sending it back. Upon receival, new product(s) will be shipped to you.

Where are you shipping to?

I am shipping almost anywhere within the Eurozone, which covers most of the continent of Europe. For detailed info, please check the shipping & returns page.

What are the shipping costs?

This depends on your location. 

🇳🇱 The Netherlands: free shipping from orders above €35. For lower orders, the shipping fee is €3.

🇪🇺 Other Eurozone countries: free shipping from orders above €45. For lower orders, the shipping fee is €5.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the country, but will be between 4 and 7 working days in most cases . You can look up your country on the shipping & returns page.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately in most cases, the shipping address can not be changed after the order has been placed. However, in some cases this is still possible. Please get in touch as soon as possible and I will see what I can do. 

What payment methods do you use?

For your convenience, you can choose from a wide range of payments methods, as indicated below. All payments are handeled by Mollie.

Is VAT included in the price?

All the prices shown include VAT.

What about additional taxes?

For most orders in the EU, what you see is what you pay. However, if your country applies any additional taxes to your order, these will come at your own expense upon delivery.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Every unused item can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after recieval. Just shoot me a message at and I will help you from there. For more information, please check out the shipping & returns page.

I returned an item. What happens now?

When the returned item has been recieved, you will get a notification. Next, you will get your refund or exchange item within 14 working days.

I have a (product) idea and would like to share it with you. Where can I do so?

I love talking to you about any ideas you may have! That way, the products and offered services can be improved. Please shoot me a message and let’s go from there!

I have a complaint. Where can I file this?

I am genuinely sorry to hear that the product or service didn’t meet you expectations. If you would like to file a complaint, please do so within 2 months of discovering the fault(s). Please send me an email at and I will come back to you within 14 working days.
